FIRE AND FORGET

Almost two years ago, Phil Klay, Perry O'Brien, Jake Siegel, and I sat down at the White Horse Tavern and decided to put together a collection of short stories by Iraq and Afghanistan vets.

That collection, FIRE AND FORGET: STORIES FROM THE WARS, came to include stories from Colby Buzzell, David Abrams, Gavin Kovite, Siobhan Fallon, Mariette Katharine Kalinowski, Brian Turner, Matt Gallagher, Roman Saskiw, Brian van Reet, and all the guys who put it together.

And it will be coming out this fall from Da Capo press.

Thanks to everybody who helped make it happen!
